By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. CMC Financial Inc., Ticket Web (US) and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "CMC Financial") reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, CMC Financial may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

 

Permitted Use

You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by CMC Financial to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the Site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by CMC Financial to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of CMC Financial and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.

 

Non Refundable

All sales are final and the ticket holder agrees and accepts, that they waive all rights to credit card charge back. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events listed on this website. No refunds will be processed for unused tickets or for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for will call pickup or admittance to an age or dress restricted event. Events are subject to change in date, time or scheduled act at any time. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided less service fee via the method of payment originally used. Convenience fees are non-refundable. Resale of any ticket purchased through this website at a price greater than the original ticket price is absolutely prohibited. We have the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions. If you have selected WILL CALL as your delivery option. You may pick up your tickets at the event entrance once the doors open.

 

Purchase Policy

The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue). Ticket purchase are for games of chance, free casino entertainment, and social experiences.   

 

Consent

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.  The Event Partner and CMC Financial accept no responsibility for any personal property. Neither the Event Partner nor CMC Financial shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket service charge. Neither the Event Partner nor CMC Financial shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment, entertainer(s) scheduling conflicts, cancellation or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
